Are you a food-loving innovator ready to kickstart your career in New Product Development? We're looking for a Graduate NPD Technologist to help shape the next big food trends, turning ideas into delicious, market-ready products. This is your chance to work hands-on with exciting ingredients, experiment with new flavours and bring fresh concepts to life!
In this new role, you'll be creating and formulating new products, managing recipes, and running production trials - both in-house and with customers. You'll collaborate with marketing and customers to develop products that aren't just innovative, but also safe, scalable and packed with commercial potential.
You'll also work closely with the GTM team to present and showcase your creations, turning consumer trends into real-world products. Plus, you'll support quality and operations teams with product optimisation, upscaling and troubleshooting.
We're looking for food graduates with a UK food degree and a placement year, who love hands-on product development and working in a fast-paced, creative environment. You should be comfortable working with customers and have no food allergies or dietary restrictions, as tasting is a big part of the job!
