Overview

Location: Remote (UK) – national and international travel. Reports to: Sales Director. We\’re looking for a Senior Account/Commercial Manager to join a family-owned, award-winning business with a strong international presence. This is a strategic, high-profile role supporting growth across Retail, Foodservice, and Export markets, while also forming part of a succession plan for future leadership.

This is predominantly remote, but travel within the UK and abroad is expected.

Responsibilities

  • Split time between managing existing accounts and driving new business.
  • Represent the company at international trade shows.
  • Build long-term, relationship-driven partnerships.

  • Key qualities:
  • Proven track record in Retail, FS, and Export sales from the food industry.
  • Skilled at building and maintaining long-term relationships.
  • Strategic and forward-thinking, with a 5-10 year vision.
  • Passionate about sustainability and quality products.
  • Hunter mindset – thrives on new business development.
  • Alignment with family values and long-term commitment.
  • Highly desirable:
  • International market knowledge (US & Europe).
  • French language skills.
  • Farming or agricultural background.
