We are looking for a hands-on Maintenance Engineer to join a fast-paced manufacturing site, supporting equipment reliability and keeping production running efficiently on the late shift. This is a practical, shop-floor role where you will take ownership of maintenance activities and act as a key engineering contact during your shift.

The Role

  • Respond to breakdowns and carry out effective fault-finding
  • Deliver planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
  • Maintain production and site services equipment
  • Use CMMS to record work and manage tasks
  • Support continuous improvement and reliability initiatives
  • Assist with new equipment installation and upgrades
  • Work closely with production to minimise downtime
  • Ensure health & safety and compliance standards are met

About You

  • Proactive, reliable, and comfortable working independently on shift
  • Experienced Maintenance Engineer within manufacturing/FMCG/food
  • Strong mechanical and/or electrical fault-finding skills
  • Hold a relevant engineering qualification
