Position: Night Shift Maintenance Engineer

Location: Gloucester (Commutable from, Gloucester, Cheltenham, Stroud, Cirencester, Frampton on Severn and surrounding areas)

Salary: £56,000

Shift: Monday to Friday - Nights

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out preventative and reactive maintenance tasks across a range of systems.
  • Carry out breakdown fault finding and maintenance on production machinery.
  • Implement and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime.
  • Conduct root cause analysis to identify and solve equipment failures and recurring issues.
  • Maintain and optimise steam systems, ensuring they run safely and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve overall equipment performance.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a multi-skilled maintenance role (electrical and mechanical).
  • Previous experience working within food manufacturing.
  • Strong experience in continuous improvement and root cause analysis.
