We are currently working with a well established, multi-site food manufacturer who are a large, fast complex site. They are seeking a Shift Manager to join the team on a 12 hour nightshift.
You will ideally have experience operating in a chilled, high risk environment, but other product exposures can still be considered. Ideally managed teams of 30-50 reports. You will need to be able to operate in a fast paced environment. Due to the nature of the environment you will need to be able to think on your feet and work proactively as well as reactively.
You will be responsible for ensuring food safety and health and safety standards are upheld, bringing a progressive and CI mindset to the shift and finding ways to implement improvements.
