Senior Product Manager – ERP Integrations – £85k-£95k – Hybrid London

A Series E SaaS scaleup with $250M+ ARR and a 25-strong product team is hiring a Senior Product Manager to join their Pay tribe in London.

You’ll lead the ERP squad, driving the evolution of internal systems across Finance, People, and Procurement while also shaping integrations with external SaaS products. This strategic role focuses on building the operational infrastructure that supports both internal teams and seamless customer-facing experiences as the company scales.

What you’ll do:

• Own the ERP product strategy and roadmap
• Design scalable, integrated workflows that enable automation and control
• Collaborate with stakeholders, engineers, and data teams to deliver high-impact solutions
• Drive process improvements across core business functions

What you bring:

• 5+ years of product management experience
• Experience with ERP systems like NetSuite, Workday or SAP.
• Strong systems thinking and cross-functional leadership
• Experience delivering internal tools in high-growth environments
• Ability to translate complex operational needs into clear product outcomes
