About the Company:
Our client is a fast-growing company revolutionizing workplace training through immersive and interactive simulations. Backed by strong funding ($4.5M seed round) and on track for rapid growth, they are now expanding their platform to focus on web, browser, and mobile-first experiences.
The Role:
They are looking for a Product Design Lead to drive the UX and design strategy across their platform. This is a hands-on role (80% execution, 20% strategy), ideal for someone passionate about 0-1 product development and comfortable working cross-functionally to define and execute the product vision.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute product design across web and mobile platforms
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and leadership teams to shape the user experience
- Balance quick iterations with strategic design thinking
- Work closely with a contract designer and report to the Head of Product
Requirements:
- Shipped SaaS/B2B products at a senior design level (founding, staff, lead, principal designer etc.)
- Scrappy startup experience at the seed, Series A or Series B stage
- Shipped with 0-1 products
- Comfortable with a remote setup
- Able to coach/mentor less experienced designers
