We're working with a well-funded generative AI startup building the next generation of creative tools. The business is developing foundational models that generate realistic sound, speech and music from video, helping transform silent content into immersive creative output for gaming, video platforms and creators. They’ve recently closed a significant Seed round (€30m+) led by top-tier investors and are now hiring their first Product Manager. This is a true 0-1 role.
As the first product hire, you’d be responsible for shaping what gets built, why it matters, and how the team learns fastest from real user behaviour. You’ll work closely with research and engineering to turn powerful model capabilities into intuitive product experiences that creators genuinely want to use.
What they’re looking for:
- Strong consumer product management experience, now operating at the Staff, Principal or Lead level.
- Clear 0-1 product building track record in a startup or fast-moving environment.
- Genuine interest in the creator, generative AI, audio, video or music space.
- Someone highly hands-on who enjoys prototyping, testing, running experiments and iterating quickly.
- Ability to operate in ambiguity while still driving clarity around requirements, metrics and execution.
- Bonus if you have a technical background or have worked closely with AI or model-driven products.
Why this role is exciting:
- First product hire in a well-funded AI startup.
- Opportunity to shape product strategy from day one.
- Work on genuinely novel technology with real creative application.
- High ownership, high autonomy, and meaningful equity upside.
- Chance to help define a new category of creator tooling.
If you’ve built early-stage products, like getting close to users, and want to help bring cutting-edge AI technology into the hands of creators, I’d love to chat.
