We’re partnering with one of Europe’s fastest-growing AI startups on the search for a Technical Designer / Design Engineer. The company recently raised a major Seed round led by tier-one investors and is building an agentic automation platform for enterprise retail and operations teams.

They’re looking for a technical designer - someone with strong product and UX instincts who’s comfortable using AI tools to push PRs. The role sits across both design and engineering. Sometimes you’ll take MVPs from engineering and turn them into polished production experiences. Other times you’ll define greenfield UX and partner with engineering to build it.

They’re looking for someone with:

  • Strong product design and interaction design craft
  • Comfortable using AI tools to ship production-ready code
  • Experience building complex B2B SaaS or operational workflows
  • End-to-end ownership from concept through production
  • React/JavaScript experience is a plus
  • Interest in AI-native UX and agentic workflow

Remote-first across the UK with some travel to Central Europe.
