A fast-growing AI fintech has recently raised a $15m+ Series A from a tier-one investor and is hiring its first dedicated PM. Until now, product has been led directly by the co-founder, who has effectively acted as CPO while taking the business from zero to millions in ARR. With product-market fit established, they're now looking for someone to own major new product bets across payments, AI-powered workflows and embedded finance.

You'll work directly with the founders, engineering and design to take products from discovery through to launch and commercial impact. The environment is fast-moving, highly autonomous and ideal for someone who enjoys ambiguity and building from first principles.

You'll likely bring:

  • 5+ years in Product Management, ideally including 2+ years building B2B fintech products as a Senior / Staff / Principal or Lead Product Manager.
  • Experience across fintech, payments, lending or financial infrastructure
  • Strong zero-to-one product instincts with a bias for action
  • Track record of shipping products in fast-growing, high-ownership environments
  • Excellent customer discovery, product strategy and prioritisation skills
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and making decisions with incomplete information
  • Hands-on, collaborative and low ego
