We’ve partnered with a tier-one VC-backed AI startup building an agentic automation platform that goes beyond copilots. Their AI agents don’t just suggest actions - they execute real work end-to-end across complex systems. The product is early and already in enterprise use.
As a hands-on Head of Design reporting to the founder, you’ll lead a team of design engineers and help evolve the platform from high-touch workflows to a self-serve experience for business users. You don’t need to code - but you’ll lead designers who ship directly to production.
What you’ll do:
- Own the end-to-end experience for users creating and managing AI-driven automation
- Design workflows that make complex systems feel safe, clear, and controllable
- Build and evolve a design system in close partnership with engineering
- Coach and grow a small, high-calibre design engineering team
What we’re looking for:
- Design leadership experience in B2B / enterprise products, including leading and managing other designers
- Strong experience designing complex workflows or systems for expert users
- Hands-on experience designing AI-powered products, with a solid understanding of modern AI systems and their UX implications
- Product-minded, comfortable with ambiguity and fast iteration
Nice to have: experience with automation or design-to-production models. This role includes monthly travel to the company’s Central European offices for in-person collaboration.
