We’re partnering with one of Europe’s fastest-growing AI startups on the search for a Founding Product Manager. The company recently raised a huge Seed round led by tier-one investors and is building an agentic automation platform for enterprise retail and operations teams.
Strong FMCG / Retail product experience is needed for this role. They need someone who understands the complexity of enterprise retail workflows and can translate customer problems into scalable product capabilities.
This is a senior hands-on IC role working closely with enterprise customers and forward-deployed engineers to translate real-world retail workflows, pain points and deployment learnings into scalable product features and platform capabilities.
They’re looking for someone who:
- Has deep FMCG retail or retail-adjacent product experience
- Is comfortable operating deeply in execution, not just strategy
- Can own end-to-end product cycles and customer feedback loops
- Has experience building complex B2B SaaS or operational workflows
- Enjoys working closely with customers, engineering and founders
- Has interest in AI-native products, automation and agentic workflows
Remote-first across Europe with monthly collaboration in Prague and occasional customer travel.
