Zest Scientific is recruiting a Regulatory Specialist for one of the most recognisable names in the pharmaceutical sector, boasting an enviable portfolio across an impressive therapeutic range. You are a passionate regulatory expert with a clear vision for improving patient outcomes. Leveraging your broad and comprehensive expertise in the UK regulatory environment, you will lead foundational initiatives and partner with the business to solve complex regulatory challenges across both the chapter and the wider organisation. You will help shape strategic plans and goals while actively supporting the learning and development of your colleagues. Your ability to interpret scientific and technical information across your assigned product portfolio will be critical in driving informed, high-quality regulatory decisions.
This role offers hybrid working — 2 days onsite in Hertfordshire and 3 days remote.
Candidate Profile- Scientific degree (or equivalent experience)
- Extensive experience in UK Regulatory Affairs
- Proven expertise managing UK submissions in the post-Brexit landscape
- Ability to provide strategic and technical regulatory advice
- Deep understanding of UK and EU regulatory frameworks, particularly for pharmaceutical products
- Strong track record in developing, implementing, and communicating regulatory strategies
- Excellent documentation skills to ensure high-quality, timely submissions
- Experience as a Subject Matter Expert in defined subject or therapeutic areas
- Experience mentoring peers and managing stakeholder relationships
