We are a well‑established food manufacturer with a family‑feel culture, offering progression opportunities and investment into our employees. We are looking for a Production or Warehouse Team Leader to join our team, working a 4 on 4 off days and nights shift.
Responsibilities:
- Daily and weekly personnel and performance management.
- Maintain GMPs, SICs, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Author accident reports and conduct investigations.
Qualifications:
- 2–3 years’ experience in food manufacturing.
- Experience managing teams of 15 or more.
- Knowledge of CI/Lean Manufacturing preferred.
- Ability to build cross‑functional relationships and pay attention to detail.
- Commitment to upholding food safety and hygiene standards.
