Process Manager for a food manufacturer in Surrey, supporting growth across their chilled/high‑care operation. The role is hands‑on on the factory floor, identifying process bottlenecks and driving performance improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Work on trials and first production, solving problems that arise when moving products from kitchen to line.
  • Identify potential failures during scale‑up and implement controls and improvements early.
  • Collaborate with NPD, Technical and Production teams to ensure new product launches execute smoothly rather than becoming firefighting exercises.
