Overview
I am looking to speak with Manufacturing Managers, Operations Managers and Heads of Operations who have operated in an independent capacity to head up and drive Production within a food manufacturing environment. You will be joining a growing brand in the food industry that is undergoing upscaling and growth and is currently recruiting a Head of Operations to lead the end-to-end process. The role is Mon–Fri days with some potential flexibility around hours.
Responsibilities
- Lead Production, logistics, fulfilment, growth and scalability.
- Plan and coordinate cross-departmentally with a strong focus on performance management and efficient output.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of food manufacturing experience at management level, operating in an independent/decision-making head of production role.
- Strong track record of delivering and improving operational performance.
- Strong leadership style with a solid understanding of food safety, quality standards, and compliance.
