Responsibilities
- Work closely with the NPD Manager and cross-functional teams, owning product development from customer brief through to factory trials and launch.
- Be deeply involved in sample development, customer presentations, costings, feasibility and continuous improvement to ensure every product is delicious, on trend and customer ready.
Qualifications / What you’ll bring
- A degree in Food Science or Nutrition
- 1+ years of food industry experience
- A genuine passion for product development and the ability to deliver at pace
- Confident communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships
- Commercial awareness, initiative and a solutions-focused mindset
- Flexibility to travel when required (UK driving licence is essential)
