I'm working with a growing FMCG food business to recruit an Insight Manager to support bakery, savoury, and ready meals categories. This is a hands‐on role where insight directly shapes innovation, range decisions, and customer strategy. You'll partner closely with Commercial, Marketing, Sales, and NPD teams to turn data into clear commercial recommendations.
Key Focus Areas
- Deliver actionable consumer, market, and category insight
- Analyse performance using Nielsen / Kantar and customer data
- Support NPD and innovation pipelines with insight at every stage
- Identify trends, range gaps, and growth opportunities
- Support customer meetings, range reviews, and JBP activity
- Manage research projects and external agencies
Background Required
- Proven experience in consumer / category / market insight
- FMCG or food manufacturing / retail background
