We are partnering with a well‑established and highly respected food manufacturing business to appoint a Process Manager at one of their flagship sites. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced process professional to take ownership of site‑wide process development activities within a business renowned for its quality standards, investment in people, and strong market reputation. Responsibilities

  • Lead all process development activities from project handover through to successful factory launch, ensuring products are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with customer, legal, and quality requirements.
  • Carry responsibility for leading and developing the Process Development team, providing technical direction, coaching, and support while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Be a key member of the site leadership team and deputise for the Technical Manager when required.

  • Strong expertise in process development, factory trials, validation, project delivery, and HACCP.
