Zest Recruitment and Legal Consultancy have an rare and exciting opportunity for an Employment Law Senior Associate / Principal Associate to join a Top 50 Law Firm based in Cardiff.
The main purpose of the role is to support the growing Employment Practice with a focus on working with respondent clients in the public and private sectors. The role will involve working with clients in connection with a wide range of employment matters. You can expect to run matters with support from a supervising partner and to work with colleagues in the wider National team.
The ideal candidate will have experience within both the public/private sectors dealing with contentious and non-contentious Employment Law matters.
