Zest Optical are currently working with a leading Opticians to recruit an Optometrist for their modern and well-established practice based in Bristol. This is a fantastic opportunity for an Optometrist at the start of their career to join a supportive team in a progressive practice, offering the latest technology, flexible working, and excellent opportunities for development. Optometrist - Role
- Join a high-performing optical practice in central Bristol
- Full-time or part-time role - 9am to 6pm working hours
- Flexibility on weekend work - alternate weekends considered
- 20-25 minute appointments with catch-up slots built into the day
- Access to OCT and other advanced diagnostic equipment
- Supportive clinical team with a focus on patient care and development
- Clear pathways to develop further skills and gain additional accreditations (e.g. MECS, IP)
Optometrist - Requirements
- GOC-registered Optometrist (or awaiting registration)
- Passionate about delivering outstanding patient care
- Comfortable working in a team-focused, patient-first environment
- Keen to develop clinically with ongoing training and support
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Optometrist - Package
- Salary between £50,000-£60,000 depending on experience
- Bonus scheme based on performance
- VISA sponsorship available
