Account Coordinator - Eyewear Supplier - South West London

Zest Optical is working in partnership with a leading eyewear supplier to recruit an Account Coordinator to join its growing commercial team in South West London.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established business supplying optical frames and sunglasses to some of the UK's best-known retailers.

The role is ideal for someone with previous sales support or account administration experience, but would also suit an Optical Assistant or Dispensing Optician currently working in practice who is looking for a new challenge away from the shop floor.

  • Account Coordinator - Role
  • Provide day-to-day sales administration, ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.
  • Produce and maintain customer range sheets, ensuring all product information is accurate and up to date.
  • Coordinate samples, including organising the sample room, maintaining records and sending products to customers and suppliers.
  • Raise purchase orders with Far East suppliers and maintain delivery schedules.
  • Support quality control processes and coordinate pre-production and production samples.
  • Liaise daily with customers, factories, logistics partners and internal departments.
  • Assist with the preparation and organisation of UK and international trade shows.
  • Maintain accurate customer, supplier and purchasing records while providing first-class administrative support across the business.
  • Account Coordinator - Requirements
  • Previous experience within a sales support, account co-ordination or supply chain administration role, or currently working as an Optical Assistant or Dispensing Optician looking to move into an office-based commercial role.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Outlook and Word.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive, proactive and able to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Degree educated is advantageous but not essential.
