As Part Time Duty Manager, you will support the day-to-day running of the club while delivering exceptional service to members and supporting membership growth. You will play an important role in maintaining high operational standards and creating a welcoming environment within the club.
Key Responsibilities- Generate leads through outreach, inreach, corporate partnerships, and local marketing activity
- Conduct prospect call drives and follow-up activity
- Book tours and appointments with prospective members
- Tour, engage, and sign up new members
- Effectively use membership management software (ClubWise)
- Support daily operational and cleaning tasks within the club
- Handle member queries, feedback, and complaints professionally
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the member journey
- Maintain high operational and presentation standards

This is a part-time position with flexible shift patterns, including mornings, evenings, and weekends, as required within the leisure industry.
