As Duty Manager, you will support the ongoing success of the club through exceptional customer service, operational excellence, and strong sales performance. You will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment for members while supporting the day-to-day operations of the club.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the ongoing growth and success of the club
  • Drive membership sales and support lead generation activity
  • Deliver exceptional service throughout the member journey
  • Support day-to-day operational tasks within the club
  • Support the fitness function, including group exercise and personal training
  • Act as a brand ambassador at all times
  • Lead by example with professionalism and integrity
  • Support marketing campaigns, outreach activity, and club promotions
  • Ensure operational standards and health & safety procedures are maintained

This is a full-time position working 5 days per week. Shift patterns include mornings, evenings, and some weekends (1 in 4), as standard within the leisure industry.

Experience & Education:
  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
  • Fitness industry experience: 1 year (required)
