We are working in partnership with a well-established and expanding food manufacturer business to recruit a Quality Systems & Compliance Manager. A key role within the Technical function, offering the opportunity to take ownership of the Quality Management System and play a key part in maintaining and improving food safety and compliance standards.

Reporting to the Technical Manager, you will take ownership of the site’s Quality Management System, ensuring it remains compliant, effective, and continuously improved. You will be responsible for maintaining strong food safety governance across HACCP, VACCP, and TACCP systems, and ensuring all site standards align with legal, customer, and certification requirements.

You will also oversee key elements of the site compliance framework, including internal audits, traceability and recall systems, allergen management, supplier approval, and specification control. A key part of the role will involve supporting external audits, monitoring technical performance trends, and helping to drive continuous improvement across the site.

We are looking for someone with experience in food manufacturing and a strong background in quality systems and compliance. Strong knowledge of HACCP and food safety systems is essential, along with experience supporting audits and driving compliance improvements.
