Are you a Factory Manager, Plant Manager, Head of Operations or Site Lead looking for your next opportunity? ZEST are exclusively partnering with a well renowned, global food and drinks manufacturer who pride themselves on their progressive culture and investment to continue their growth globally.
Currently looking for a Factory Manager to join the business with the intention to take a step into the Site Director position within the near future. You will have cross functional management ability across Operations, Engineering, Technical, Health and Safety etc. You will have a background and hands on project experience within CI and Lean Manufacturing - line efficiency, waste reductions, reducing downtime and product quality.
Lastly you will be strong within people coaching and development, devising development plans, reviewing KPI's and working closely with all reports. FOOD OR DRINKS MANUFACTURING IS A MUST.
You will be responsible for the Production manufacturing and the Engineering department, steering Health and Safety, continuous improvement of the site and people, being visible on the shop floor with your management teams, setting and developing site KPI's, leading and developing the Engineering team, working in conjunction with all departments and stepping up for the Site Director in their absence.
