We are recruiting for an organised and customer-focused NPD Co-ordinator to support a busy NPD Team within a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. This is a varied role where you will play a key part in ensuring customer samples and supporting documentation are prepared, packed and dispatched accurately and on time, while also supporting wider site administration and health & safety activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Co-ordinate customer sample requests and prioritise workloads to meet deadlines
- Track shipments and communicate any risks, delays or issues with stakeholders
- Prepare and manage sample documentation including specifications, SDS sheets, labels and submission forms
- Arrange courier shipments and support export documentation processes where required
- Process courier invoices and maintain accurate cost allocations
- Raise and manage stock and material requests with Warehouse and Supply Chain teams
- Maintain training records and training matrices via SharePoint
- Support site H&S and environmental administration, including reports, meeting minutes and action tracking
- Produce reports to support continuous improvement activities
- Provide reception support for deliveries and collections and assist with general site administration
About You
- Previous experience in a co-ordination or administration role within manufacturing, food, FMCG or supply chain environments
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office and SharePoint
- Experience handling documentation and working to deadlines
- A proactive and team-focused approach
