We’re working with a well-established FMCG manufacturer in Cambridgeshire who are looking to add a Multi-Skilled Engineer to their team. This is a permanent role offering a salary of £45K plus benefits, working in a clean, dry, and highly automated environment.

What’s on offer:

  • £45,000 annual salary
  • Monday to Friday only – no nights or weekends
  • Xmas Day, Boxing Day, and New Year’s Day off
  • Modern, automated production environment
  • Ongoing training and development

The Role:

  • Reactive maintenance on a range of packaging equipment
  • Planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
  • Involvement in small engineering projects and continuous improvements
  • Working as part of a supportive engineering team

What we’re looking for:

  • Multi-skilled engineer with either a mechanical or electrical bias
  • Must be electrically competent and ideally hold an electrical qualification (e.g. 17th/18th Edition)
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Previous experience in an FMCG or manufacturing environment preferred
