A fast-growing, award-winning premium drinks brand is looking for a driven, people-focused field-based account manager to join its expanding sales team. This is an exciting opportunity to represent a high-quality, ready-to-serve cocktail range made with real spirits and real ingredients, and to help grow distribution across the Midlands.
This role covers both on-trade and off-trade customers, including independent bars, restaurants, hotels, farm shops and garden centres.
The Role
- Act as the brand ambassador across your region, ensuring strong visibility, execution and advocacy
- Manage and grow an existing portfolio of on-trade and off-trade customer accounts
- Identify and convert new business opportunities with partners aligned to a premium brand position
- Drive rate of sale and brand presence through customer support, training and merchandising
- Support tastings, events and regional activations
- Work closely with marketing and operations to deliver excellent service and account management
- Build long-term relationships with buyers, managers and bar teams, becoming their trusted point of contact
About You
- Experience in the drinks industry or FMCG, ideally in account management or sales (Applications also welcomed from bartenders or hospitality professionals looking to move into sales)
- Strong understanding of the hospitality and retail landscape in the Midlands / South UK
- Confident communicator who enjoys building lasting relationships
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Highly organised, proactive and commercially aware
- Confident discussing pricing, margins and sales performance
- Full UK driving licence required
