Reports to: Sales Director

We’re looking for a Senior Account/Commercial Manager to join a family-owned, award-winning business with a strong international presence. This is a strategic, high-profile role supporting growth across Retail, Foodservice, and Export markets, while also forming part of a succession plan for future leadership.

You’ll split your time between managing existing accounts and driving new business, while having the opportunity to represent the company at international trade shows, and building long-term, relationship-driven partnerships. This is predominantly remote, but travel within the UK and abroad is expected.

What We’re Looking For:

  • The ideal candidate is ambitious, energetic, and highly personable with strong commercial instincts.
  • Proven track record in Retail, FS, and Export sales from the food industry.
  • Skilled at building and maintaining long-term relationships.
  • Strategic and forward-thinking, with a 5–10 year vision.
  • Passionate about sustainability and quality products.
  • Hunter mindset – thrives on new business development.
  • Alignment with family values and long-term commitment.

Highly desirable:

  • International market knowledge (US & Europe).
  • French language skills.
  • Farming or agricultural background.
