My client is a highly reputable food manufacturer that has developed its reputation for delivering high quality products consistently and are seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager to further develop their status. This is a new role within the organisation and will be working closely with the senior leadership team to develop and shape a culture of continuous improvement across the manufacturing operations. Imagine being at the helm of operational excellence, steering a team towards unparalleled efficiency and excellence! As the Continuous Improvement Manager, you will be entrusted with leading a department dedicated to continuous improvement. The Continuous Improvement Manager will be sitting on the Senior Leadership team, and will be playing a pivotal role in optimising operational processes to ensure the highest standards of quality, safety and efficiency. Responsibilities: • Lead the charge in driving continuous improvement initiatives • Collaborate with other departmental heads to identify areas of optimisation and implement strategic solutions • Set ambitious targets and KPIs across the business • Champion a culture of empowerment and learning • Act as a key member of the SLT to provide guidance to short, medium and long-term objectives The business has great plans to develop and a genuine commitment to aiding the individual to make real changes that will impact the short, medium and long term goals of the organisation.
