We are hiring an Account Executive to accelerate sales across the UK and Europe for a rapidly scaling FoodTech business. You will work closely with leading food manufacturers to help reduce food waste, building on strong enterprise traction already established across the UK, North America, and Europe.
What You’ll Do
- Own the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting to close
- Lead discovery, technical validation, commercial negotiation, and deal execution
- Build relationships with senior decision-makers in complex food manufacturing organisations
- Run targeted outbound campaigns using HubSpot
- Maintain accurate CRM forecasting and pipeline management
- Work closely with the CEO to shape product direction based on customer insight
- Represent the business at industry events and trade shows
- Travel to customer sites across the UK and Europe
- Progress into a senior or leadership sales role as the company grows
What We’re Looking For
- ~4–8 years’ experience selling into food manufacturers (meat, fish, poultry preferred)
- ~Experience selling software, IoT, equipment, testing services, or ingredients
- ~Confident handling technical and scientific concepts
- ~Strong commercial instincts and deal judgement
- ~Highly organised with excellent follow-up and CRM discipline
- ~Comfortable in a fast-moving, early-stage environment
