About the Role An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate and committed Year 1 teacher to join a welcoming and forward-thinking primary school in the heart of Greenford. This role is ideal for someone who is enthusiastic about early learning and keen to make a real impact within Key Stage 1. Key Responsibilities: * Plan and deliver engaging, creative lessons that meet the needs of all pupils. * Support pupils’ academic, emotional, and social development in a nurturing environment. * Use effective assessment to inform teaching and raise standards. * Work collaboratively as part of a supportive Key Stage 1 team. * Engage fully in the wider life of the school and contribute to its development. We are looking for someone who: * Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and has experience or strong knowledge of teaching in Key Stage 1. * Has a sound understanding of phonics and early reading development. * Demonstrates a commitment to inclusive education and high expectations for all learners. * Communicates clearly and works effectively as part of a team. * Embraces the values and ethos of a Church of England school community.
