Cover Supervisor in Wolverhampton

Zest Education is currently recruiting Cover Supervisors to work on a full-time basis across secondary schools in Dudley, Sandwell, Walsall and Wolverhampton.

The Role:
As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
* Deliver pre-planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher
* Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a positive learning environment
* Support students to stay engaged and on task
* Work across a range of subjects and year groups
* Represent Zest Education professionally in partner schools
Requirements:
* Experience working with children or young people (school-based experience preferred)
* Strong classroom management and communication skills
* Confidence leading a class independently
* A flexible, proactive, and professional approach
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
