What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting students during lunch to ensure a calm, enjoyable environment.
  • Supervising play on the playground and encouraging positive interactions.
  • Helping in the dining hall with queues, seating, and routines.

  • Working as part of a supportive team to keep lunchtimes running smoothly.

About You

  • Confident managing groups of children.
  • Calm under pressure and able to think on your feet.
  • Reliable and punctual.
  • Committed to children’s wellbeing.
  • Have an Enhanced DBS (or be willing to complete one).
  • Have previous experience around children (Ideally in a school setting).

Requirements:

  • An Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to complete one).
  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to undertake any other cleaning duties as directed by the on-site team.
