About the Role * Teach and inspire a Year 4 class within a supportive 2‑form entry setting * Deliver well‑structured, engaging lessons aligned with the British Curriculum * Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain consistent routines and expectations * Build positive relationships with pupils, staff and families * Contribute to a calm, inclusive and purposeful learning environment Requirements * QTS qualification * Minimum 3 months’ experience teaching in a UK primary school * Confident classroom presence with strong behaviour management * Solid understanding of the British Curriculum * A proactive, reliable and child‑centred approach What We Offer * Flexible hours to suit you — full‑time or part‑time * Referral scheme: earn up to £150 for every successful recommendation * Ongoing development through honest feedback, support and training * A friendly, relationship‑focused team who genuinely value their teachers Zest Education are an APSCo audited agency and are dedicated to safeguarding children. Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
