Key Responsibilities- Acting as the first point of contact for parents, visitors, and external agencies
- Managing calls, emails, and daily office communication
- Updating pupil records using MIS systems such as SIMS, Arbor, or Bromcom

- Assisting with admissions, data entry, and compliance paperwork
- Providing admin support to SLT, pastoral teams, and teaching staff
