Zest Education are currently recruiting on behalf of a highly regarded independent school in Belgravia for a dedicated Nursery Practitioner to join their team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an early years professional who wants to be part of a setting where children are encouraged to explore, discover, build confidence and develop a genuine love of learning.
The role
- Provide high-quality care, support and learning opportunities for young children.
- Create a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment where every child can thrive.
- Plan and support engaging activities that encourage children’s development and curiosity.
- Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
- Support children’s social, emotional and educational development.
- Work collaboratively as part of a committed early years team.
- Follow safeguarding, health and safety and early years best practice at all times.
We’re looking for someone who has:
- A Level 3 qualification in Early Years / Childcare or equivalent.
- Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting.
- A genuine passion for supporting young children and helping them reach their potential.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A warm, patient and nurturing approach.
- Creativity, enthusiasm and a positive attitude.
- A strong understanding of safeguarding and child development.
