Your Role: * Assist teachers in creating and maintaining a purposeful, orderly, and supportive classroom environment. * Help in creating learning resources and displays to support students and teaching staff. * Support students in developing basic skills such as language, reading, writing, spelling, and mathematics. * Encourage concentration, communication, sharing, and other social skills among students. * Aid students in accessing the curriculum through clarification and reinforcement of subject matter. Ideal Candidate: * Bring energy and dedication to support students with Special Education Needs & Disabilities (SEND) across the school. * Possess experience working with young people in education or related sectors, with qualifications and/or skills to support learning. * Recent graduates or gap year students interested in teacher training are encouraged to apply.
