About the Role

Zest Education is proud to be working in partnership with a welcoming primary school in Stafford to recruit a Level 3 Full Class Teaching Assistant. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about supporting children’s learning and development. The role may include working as a Full Class Teaching Assistant.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.
  • Work with individual pupils or small groups to reinforce learning and promote progress.
  • Help create a positive, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment.
  • Support children’s social, emotional, and behavioural development.
  • Contribute to planning, assessment, and classroom organisation under the guidance of the teacher.

  • Holds a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent).
  • Has prior experience supporting pupils in a primary school setting.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are recent school-based experience (within the last 5 years within a school that teaches the British Curriculum) and/or care-based experience within the last 5 years.
