Job Description Learning Support Teacher (SEND) – Independent Performing Arts School, West London Full-time | Permanent | September 2025 Start | Competitive Salary (commensurate with experience) Zest Education is proud to be working with a unique and highly respected independent performing arts school based in West London to recruit a passionate and dedicated Learning Support Teacher (SEND). The Role: This full-time, permanent position is ideal for a compassionate and skilled practitioner who is committed to improving outcomes for students with Special Educational Needs. You will play a key role in supporting students to access the mainstream curriculum, enabling them to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. Working within a highly collaborative SEND team, you will lead and deliver targeted interventions, assess students as required, and contribute to the strategic development of SEND provision across the school.
