Zest Education is working closely with a wonderful primary school in Stoke-on-Trent to recruit a committed Key Stage 2 Teacher for a position starting in February 2026.
The school is seeking a passionate and creative Key Stage 2 teacher to deliver engaging, high-quality lessons and support the development of every child in their class. You will be responsible for all aspects of planning, teaching, and assessing within a supportive and collaborative team.
Responsibilities- Planning and delivering engaging lessons in line with the Key Stage 2 curriculum
- Assessing and tracking pupil progress, adapting teaching to meet individual needs
- Creating a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment
- Working collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and carers
- Contributing to wider school life, events, and continuous improvement
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching within Key Stage 2 (including ECTs welcome to apply)
- Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum
- Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
- A nurturing, positive and reflective approach to teaching
