About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate and dedicated Level 3 qualified Early Years Educator to join the Early Years team at an outstanding primary school in SW3 from September 2026. This is a full-time, term-time only position for the 2026/27 academic year. ZEST are seeking an enthusiastic practitioner who is committed to providing high-quality early years education and creating a nurturing, stimulating environment where every child can thrive. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting children's learning, development, and wellbeing while working collaboratively with colleagues and families to deliver outstanding outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver and evaluate engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
- Support children's learning and development through purposeful play and adult-led activities
- Create a safe, caring and inclusive environment that promotes children's confidence, independence and wellbeing
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high standards of teaching and learning
- Support daily routines, including mealtimes, outdoor learning and rest periods
About You
- A relevant Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or Childcare (essential)
- Previous experience working within a nursery, preschool or school-based Early Years setting
- A strong understanding of the EYFS framework and child development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A warm, nurturing and professional approach
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
- A proactive and positive attitude with a genuine passion for early childhood education
