Teaching Assistant – Coventry | Full-Time | £93-£100 per day | Coventry | ASAP Start Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant looking for your next opportunity within a supportive school environment? Zest Education is currently working with schools across Coventry that are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to join their teams on a full-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Teaching Assistant who enjoys supporting pupils both academically and personally. Furthermore, you will work closely with class teachers to help create a positive and engaging learning environment. In addition, you will support pupils throughout the school day, encouraging confidence, participation, and progress. As a result, you will play an important role in helping children reach their full potential. The Role * Provide support to pupils within the classroom * Assist teachers with the delivery of lessons and learning activities * Deliver 1:1 and small group support where required * Encourage pupil engagement, confidence, and independence * Support positive behaviour and classroom routines * Help create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment * Work collaboratively with teachers and wider school staff Skills and Experience * Previous classroom-based experience is essential * SEND experience is desirable * A Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is desirable * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * A patient, caring, and proactive approach * The ability to build positive relationships with pupils and colleagues * A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development Why Work with Zest Education?
