We’re looking for a caring, patient and proactive SEND Learning Supporting Assistant to join a small, welcoming first school in Bromsgrove. This is a close-knit, community-focused setting where relationships matter and every child is known, supported and valued. The school has a nurturing SEND provision for pupils across KS1 and lower KS2, and they’re seeking someone who can bring consistency, positivity and a calm presence to the team.
About the Role
- Supporting pupils with a range of SEND needs (including ASD, ADHD, SEMH and communication needs)
- Providing 1:1 and small-group support within a structured, child-centred provision
- Helping pupils regulate emotions, build confidence and engage positively in learning
- Working closely with the class teacher, SENDCO and wider staff team
- Contributing to a safe, inclusive and encouraging environment
- Assisting with personalised learning plans and differentiated activities

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications.
