About the Role
- Successful teacher will deliver tailored learning experiences to a class of 12 pupils within the school's Resource Base, working alongside two permanent Teaching Assistants.
Key Responsibilities
- Planning and delivering differentiated lessons to meet individual needs
- Supporting pupils with a range of additional learning requirements
- Working closely with support staff, parents and external agencies
- Monitoring progress and adapting learning accordingly
- Promoting pupil confidence, independence and wellbeing
- Creating a safe, inclusive and nurturing classroom environment

- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
