We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic KS1 Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Stechford, Birmingham. This full-time role starts ASAP and offers an excellent opportunity to support children's learning and development in a nurturing environment.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting teaching and learning within a KS1 classroom.
- Assisting the class teacher with daily lessons and activities.
- Working with small groups or individual pupils to provide targeted support.
- Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Supporting children's academic progress, confidence, and well-being.
