Are you an enthusiastic Sports Coach looking for a full-time role in a supportive secondary school in Aldridge? We’re recruiting a dedicated and energetic individual to join a thriving school community after May half term, working with KS3 and KS4 students.
About the Role
This is a full-time, term-time position, Monday to Friday, 8.30am–3.30pm, supporting PE lessons, delivering engaging sports activities, and helping students develop confidence, teamwork, and a love for physical activity.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality sports coaching sessions to KS3 and KS4 pupils
- Support PE teachers with lesson delivery and activity planning
- Encourage participation, teamwork, and positive behaviour
- Assist with sports events, fixtures, and extracurricular clubs
- Promote a safe, inclusive, and motivating environment for all students
What We’re Looking For
- Experience working with young people, ideally in a school or coaching setting
