Zest Education are currently recruiting for a friendly and organised Admin Assistant to join a well-established Primary School in Birmingam.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide front-of-house support, greeting visitors and answering calls.
- Handle general administrative tasks including filing, data entry and correspondence.
- Support with attendance processes, pupil records and admissions administration.
- Assist with organising school events, meetings and communications.
- Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in line with safeguarding requirements.
- Offer day-to-day support to senior leaders and the wider office team.
What You Will Need
- An Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to complete one).
- To be a confident communicator with a calm, professional approach.
- Experience in an administrative role, ideally within a school setting.
- Experience with school systems (SIMS, Arbor, Bromcom).
