Graduate Teaching Assistant – Secondary Schools – Staffordshire

Location : Staffordshire (Various Secondary Schools)

Contract Type : Full-time (Term Time)

Salary : £89-£110 per day (dependent on experience and location)

The Role :

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will :

• Support teaching and learning across a range of subjects and year groups (KS3 and KS4)
• Provide one-to-one or small group interventions for students who need additional support
• Assist teachers in preparing resources and managing classroom behaviour
• Help create an inclusive and positive learning environment

Who We’re Looking For :

• A recent graduate (any subject considered, but strong preference for core subjects like English, Maths, and Science)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
